reading a few complaints about this place,brought back bad memories.My ex girlfriend ordered a double mattress and divan,she paid cash and was told when was the best time to deliver to her new flat(which is approx 1mile away).Haveing taken time off work waiting for the bed to arrive it failed to turn up.She rang to ask why and was told some story about van was out of action,again took time off work waiting for bed..didn,t turn up second time.We decided to go to the shop and get a refund,with my ex fuming.Awaiting us were two burly gentlemen,she tried to get her money back but promised it will be there a few days later.At last last it arrived 2wks too late only to find after putting it together it was a double divan with a king size mattress,we thought are having a laugh.My ex left it couldnt be bothered with the hastle.My advice is dont touch with a barge pole,a mile long one in are case..goe to a more reputable place 500yds down the road,they maybe more expensive but there customer services is 10 times better.

This company MUST be avoided at all costs. We bought a 2 3 seater leather suit last august from this shop. They delivered a 3 seater leather which is now falling apart and a 2 seater which wasnt leather, rather some cheap plasticy material, we made them aware straight away, they promised to replace the suit in the next two weeks which they never showed up. Over the next 9 months or so they made numerous promises to deliver the replacement sofa, but they never showed up. In July i called into the shop, the guy who was on the shop, spoke to me like i wasnt human at all, he shouted and insulted me, i felt so awful, i just could not believe it, i was 7 months pregnant i did not need someone shouting at me. I complained to the management and they said they were looking at the footage on CCTV and they would get back to me, of which they never called me about until now. The way they deal with people is soo unbelievable, i would warn anyone who is considering to buy from them to reconsider. Up to now more than a year i am till waiting for my replacement, i have made Trading standards aware. and they keep on changing names which lives a big question about they credibility.

Issue now resolved and sofa replaced thanks to Paul.

This business needs to be avoided at all costs. There are only two words that sums the business and staff up - Lies and Deceit. I bough a cream leather sofa and two chairs back in November, after two months all the leather started to crack on the seats of the sofa, there was obviously a fault with the leather. I reported this to the shop in Feb and asked for it to be exchanged which they agreed to, this was after making over 12 telephone call and them failing to turn up to 3 appointments made to inspect sofa - I live 5 mins away from the shop. We are now in April. After making a further 20 telephone call and them promising to deliver a replacement on 4 separate occasions where they failed to turn up I am still with a sofa that looks a complete mess. I have never dealt with a company before who make so many false promises. The fight continues, but please anyone who is considering using this business. beware!
