this company is a fob off we had a thompson 42inch dlp tv asked them to fix it said it cant be fixed well despose of it and basiclly buy another tv witch is refurbed cost us £325 and its playing up again it faulted in front of there man who then said it could be 1 of 4 things they have had it nearly a month and still have not repaired the problem they havent give us a replacement for the time being why they fix ours all they offerd was a 21 in big back tv witch will not fit on our stand we have contacted trading services and they have advised us to contact them in writing basicly sayin get it fixed or well take further action. do not go with this company there a pile of dog doo!!!!! be worned
