Mr Hughes tiled a bathroom to a really poor standard. Since then it has been checked by a Professional Tiler registered with the Tile Industry Governing Body who has confirmed it has been tiled very poorly and needs urgent attention to correct the damage.
I wouldn't recommend this tiler to anybody, in fact, I'd recommend you to NOT use this tiler.
