i ordered plastic storage drawers from them, they arrived in the right time cant fault that, but!! i opened the box up took them out cut my hand on it looked at the bottom of it to find it was smashed into pieces, bits of sharp plastic everywhere, gave myself a sore on it..so i phoned the company wanting a replacement, only for them to say sure i could as long as i pay for it again? can you tell me why theyd want another payment? to then refund this payment days later i cant understand this, needless to say i asked them to arrange it to be taken away id rather not bother, rubbish service
