Having been on hold for over an hour.Finaly got to speak to a very rude lady.
Still waittin for my claim to get processed...
Could take up till 6weeks ...6 WEEEKS...
Having answered all there questions still not entitled to a crisis loan...
Was made redunant didnt quit or get the sack..MADE REDUNANT..theres a differance..
THIS GOVERMENT SMELLS...Its all wrong

After 3weeks of being told to phone this department or this other department.
That if you can get to speak to a human being.
Still no money.
Ive worked all my life for this...TOO MUCH STRESS.......
And the manner in which they speak to you on the phone is a joke.Seems to me its because im english and white...
What im trying to say is..If you have to claim,try not to claim in prestwich cause there usless muppets........
