Booked a collection for Tuesday of this week, they didnt collect so by the end of the day I called and was promised a call back and collection on Wednesday. No callback, no collection. Two more calls to this company requesting a callback and explaination. Nothing. No call back, no collection. Thursday afternoon, still no collection, yet another call to them, I have yet to speak to anyone other than receptio, she says there is a manager but the sales lines are that busy he is helping out on there, refused to allow me to hold the line to speak to someone on all three occasions. Said she would organise a claim form for me??? I had only said I wanted to complain the parcel had not been collected.
I have now asked for a refund, and that they do not collect the parcel. I am still waiting for a callback....
Totally incompetant company, I have never experienced anything as bad ever.
