I ordered a £15 DVD box set a few years ago, paying with a debit card and not paypal, and it took about a month to arrive and was from malasia, not UK as it implies. However, about a month after that i ordrered another set for £50 (due to it not being avalable elseware) and was soon sent an e-mail saying that the item was out of stock, and that they would give me store credit. I e-mailed back asking for a refund and they did not reply, nor did they reply to the other 10 messages i sent in the following months before i gave up. Never recieved an item, a refund or store credit.
