MobileLocate offers a 30-day free trial. If you don't cancel via their web site (email and phone don't count) during the trial period, you will receive an email notifying you they have taken £175 from you for an annual subscription. Even if you then cancel immediately without using the service, they will refund only £100, keeping £75 as an "administration fee". I tried to work out a fair refund with them, was continually rebuffed and so filed a claim against them using www.moneyclaim.gov.uk. They immediately gave me a full refund. Don't let them get away with this.
