In all my dealings with Plumbworld, I've had nothing but respect and praise for the way they operate. My orders have always been delivered on time (and on specific dates when requested) and they keep me updated via email on the status of my order. Most companies only let you know when they're dispatched, but Plumbworld go the extra mile and show you exactly what part of the process your order is at.

The products they offer are extremely competitive and in comparison to B&Q and other 'big retailers' they're usually 20% cheaper on average (including delivery). Their checkout system is simple and I've paid via Paypal and card before with no problems.

If you're concerned about their customer support, don't be. I ordered the wrong item which didn't fit my bath, emailed them and requested a swap, although I had to pay the standard delivery costs (which is more than fair, as it was my mistake) it was sorted out within a week - very quick.

Would recommend Plumbworld over any other big store or little store for that matter, as their prices, quality and service have been virtually perfect.

I've dealt with this company on many occasions and felt it was worthwhile to give the public my two cents on Plumbworld.

In my 10 purchases with them, I've never been let down once (only by the delivery company who were awkward with delivery times - however, this company has changed since my first order!!). I use them for everything I need in regards to plumbing; bathroom fittings, kitchen sinks, radiators, you name it, they have it and at a very affordable price.

Can't fault the website, it's simple yet structured in a well laid out fashion which makes finding the product you're after simple. Even simpler if you have the part code already as you can just search for it instantly.

Their delivery is good and quite speedy and I can't fault their delivery process as they let you track it at every step. I've had to contact their customer service once or twice and I've waited on average 6 hours for a reply, which is quite good considering the replies I received were extremely helpful and to the point.

Enjoy dealing with the Plumbworld and will continue to do so for as long as they continue providing quality products at good prices.

100% amazing.

I purchased a shower a year ago from Plumbworld with no problems at all, a year on, the wife wants me to get the same shower in the other bathroom. (I should mention that customer service helped me get a part that I accidently broke when fitting the previous one!). So, I proceeded to order the exact same model and again I was met with the 'perfect' online shopping experience. I got confirmation immediately, I was provided with tracking details to check where my order was and it took me less than 30 seconds to find the shower on their site - great layout.

I had paid for express delivery and sure enough that was spot on, yet again, ordered Thursday at 11am, and at 2pm the next day, there it was outside our house. I fitted it (this time without breaking anything) and everything worked perfect and looked immaculate, a great quality product as you can expect from Mira.

I'd like to note their competitive prices because before purchasing I had a quick look around in one store and online in a few others and Plumbworld were pretty much the cheapest which is surprising considering the quality service they provide (I'd expect a lot higher prices). They offer a variety of ways to checkout which is beneficial for me as I pay through Paypal as often as possible - their system is just literally flawless. Unless you require to physically talk to someone, then you may not be impressed, but I'm more than happy with email.

Love this company and by me, they have done no wrong and continue to provide a virtually flawless service. Plumbworld have made yet another customer extremely happy. I'd strongly recommend their service and products to everyone!

Where shall I start? My first and only experience with Plumbworld has been brilliant. After umm'ing and arr'ing over whether to use them for a few weeks, a few recent reviews had changed my mind and persuaded me to give them a try... I have not regretted it! Every step of the transaction went smooth, with me fully informed of everything.

I am currently overhauling my kitchen (at my Husbands expense) so I ordered a gorgeous sink along with taps and whilst I was at it, replaced a few taps in other rooms of the house, with my overall spend coming close to £600. Having been concerned for wasting any of the other halfs money, I shopped around before hand, but to get the products I wanted I'd have had to purchase from 2-3 separate sites adding a good £75 to the overall cost, Plumbworld beat this by miles. After ordering I received a very prompt order confirmation by email, detailing everything I had ordered, total cost, delivery time estimate, order #, everything I required. Great so far.

Next was the waiting (but to make this easier, I could track where my order was, amazing feature!!), I had expected a 2 week wait as one of the products wasn't in stock (I was aware of this at the time); but it had came into stock quicker than they anticipated and my delivery came on a Tuesday after ordering it late Friday, hugely impressed due to the range of products I ordered and how late in the day it was. I think the delivery service was Yodel and I couldn't fault them, the packaging was in perfect condition as were the items inside, thankfully!

My thoughtful Husband got to installing all of our recent purchases, had no problems apart from getting the old fittings off. However, before he installed a set of bathroom taps I'd ordered, I felt it didn't really suit the sink/room as I imagined, so as they have no phone number, I proceeded to email customer service, at this point I was thinking I may have trouble with returning it. Forward to the next morning, I received an email explaining how to send it back and asking if I wanted to have a new product shipped instead (which I decided against as I realised I quite liked my old taps!). The refund was fairly prompt after they had received the item back, which they also notified me of as well - really nice that they updated me so much.

That was the end of my first experience with Plumbworld and based on this, it will be my first of many. If they had a shop, I'd be even happier to be able to see everything in person before purchasing, but I have to admit, they do a good job of showing the products as accurately as they can with really good descriptions on the website and even some helpful installation guides with some products.

Other things I should note was the simplicity of the whole online process, I'm not really 'computer savvy' like my sons and I was still able to use the site and find what I want. Everything is laid out perfectly as if you were looking around the shop, the groups and categories are SO helpful, I can't stress how helpful! They also gave a variety of ways to pay, which is good as we're skeptical of giving our information out over the internet.

I really am pleased and impressed at how this company operate, I would love to recommend them to everyone else and I have already persuaded my sister to buy some products from here, as far as I know everything has gone smoothly for her as well! I feel praise is due here, if everyone who had a positive experience with Plumbworld left a review, I guarantee it would be 99.99% positive. Hope my experience will help other people make a decision to use this company, just as it did with me! :)

May be OK (if you can believe the reviews???!!!) if things go right. If they go wrong you have a problem. This company is uncontactable.Appalling customer service.

They delivered us the wrong bathroom cabinet. Responded quickly to our first e mail asking us to send photos of packaging and content. Since when total silence.

The phone number (if you can track it down) is just a voice message saying for the sake of cost and efficiency they do not take phone calls, only e mails. Totally frustrating. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone!!

Some people seem to have it in for this company, but I've used them on several occasions now and each time their service has been flawless (including customer service which is allegedly their 'weak point').

When my bathroom was being re-done, I purchased a variety of products from Plumbworld's online shop; all of them came within the delivery period stated (ordered Monday, came Wednesday!). I opened everything straight away to check for damage/problems - success, everything was flawless! However, I had ordered the wrong bath; I dropped an email to Plumbworld's customer support (can't phone them) and they replied within 4 hours (not bad!). They said they would send out the bath I actually wanted and I had to give another payment for this and they would refund me for the other bath once it had arrived (can't complain!).

Other bath arrived rather sharpishly and within 10 days everything in my bathroom was installed and up and running - the guy doing the installation said it was quality pieces of kit and had no problems fitting anything. All in all, very happy with the service!

My bath was cracked when delivered.
There is absolutely nil customer service and they will not even allow you to phone them.The only contact was an email received into my junk folder asking for photographs which were supplied but I have not received any reply since then. This company are a joke just like their prices. I paid by debit card and my own bank have taken my money back off Plumworld and refunded it to me.I should have paid by credit card. Caveat Emptor -- let the buyer beware -- or in this case just dont go there. I'm rating this company with a big fat five for blagging.

Never buy from this company. Half of the shower cubicle wasnt delivered. You can only contact them by e-mail and after an initial reply all went quiet and now they dont answer my e-mails.
Now i'm left with an unhappy customer with an unfinished bathroom and a 400 pound bill to buy a replacement. seriously unhappy. What a bunch of cowboys.

This company is POOR! I can not believe that these "Good" reviews are from genuine customers. I have had nothing but problems with the item I have ordered and the delivery of them, and as for the award winning customer service - one big JOKE! You can never get anything sorted or delivered as its all done via email - yeah and I take my PC to work with me every day.

NEVER EVER will I use these lot again.

I can only echo the last few reviews from this page. A staggering level of service was offered to me and my wife after our house flooded and we needed a complete overhaul. We searched online and found Plumbworld to be the cheapest - and once the insurance paid out we proceeded to purchase what we needed. 12 Items over a thousand pound spent and only one small issue and that was our fault.

We had a small problem with the new shower that we ordered when our plumber was installing it (we had ordered the wrong one) and this set us back a day or two but a quick email to Plumbworld and they resolved it very kindly and quickly enabling us to complete the installation.

I have to say while I don’t wish the house to flood again – any further Plumbing supplies that we need, we will not hesitate to use Plumbworld again if the need arose.

I would just like to say that I have used Plumbworld on several occasions over the last few years, and each time have been impressed with the quality of the product, value for money, and speed of delivery. I received a substantial order within 2 days of ordering between Christmas and New Year - and the product quality is excellent. Your website is easy to use, clear, and having techical specs available helps considerably with choice of product.
I will continue to use Plumbworld in the future.

Good website, competitive prices and easy ordering. Once ordered, I was kept fully informed about the despatch and delivery, even being offered the delivery day of my choice, which was particularly helpful.

I've just fitted the mixer shower and riser kit for a customer it's good quality (better than you'd expect for the price), it was easy to fit, looks really good and the customer is delighted.

Aftersales service was top notch as well

Excellent!!! Cant be more happy. To be fair I was nervous about ordering but it paid off. I saved £170 from a rival that I shall not name and palletised goods were delivered within 5 days. I have just replied back to their after service email and feel really positive about using them again.

Fancy these guys not having any bad reviews. It's just the same on thier website!!!
I bought a radiator from them and it was faulty. I complained via customeer services, waited two days for a reply and finally got a replacement that was even worse. I have now been trying for weeks to get a second replacement but they have failed to supply one and are now blaming the supplier. I have now cancelled my order and want a refund but customer services will not reply to my emails and there is no phone number to call. It seems that all is okay with these people until ther is a problem with an item that you have bought and then it all turns to $h1t. I better get a refund quickly or there will be lots of bad reviews from me on the web and that's a promise!

It can be fairly daunting purchasing items online, particularly when you have never used the company/service previously and I am always cautious when doing so. I am pleased to say that on this occasion such concern was unfounded. I had to return the item however I am pleased with the service I have received and would not hesitate to consider Plumbworld in the future. My son has his own plumbing/gas company and due to the level of service I received he will be highly recommended to them

We ordered for the first time from Plumbworld. Our reasons were simple, we needed to trust their delivery date. We noted the shower we needed was in stock and we were really shocked at the difference in Plumbworld prices and Wickes/ B&Q. - £80! Seemed an offer too good to miss, we ordered at 3p.m we were kept informed of all progress. Finally to receive the item the following morning confirmed we had found a company that simply provide the best at the best price and deliver as promised, so very rare in this troubled world. I placed my order on Friday 9th April and received it just after 8:30 am on 12th April, and the weekend was in between. The boxes arrived in perfect condition, no breakages, due to them being so well packaged. When ordering from a new company on the internet you don't really know what to expect, I can only say from my personal experience of your company that I have been delighted and impressed with their attention throughout.

I am happy with the items I purchased from the Plumbworld website.

They were what I needed to update my heating system, the product info on the website was helpful and the prices competitive, making my choices was simple and straightforward, the delivery costs were clear and the whole process a dream. Delivery was easy to track, faultless and on time. I couldn’t fault any part of the experience and am confident that if there had been a problem it would have been put right straight away.

I will definitely have no hesitation in going back to Plumbworld for my requirements in the future.

Ordering was so easy, and delivery was very prompt and courteous, in fact, the driver helped us to unpack the goods for inspection - they were perfect! We are most impressed by the robust yet very attractive appearance of the enclosure. The installation instructions are quite clear, but it is good to know that their customer services team are there in case of any problem.

I can only say well done to their team for excellent service and for quality goods at a very fair price

I wish all companies were as committed to their customer service as Plumbworld are.

From the start of my easy transaction over the internet to receiving the goods, the whole experience was quick and trouble free.

The items were packed very carefully with bubble wrap that probably cost more than the very reasonable postal charges. The cost of the item was cheaper than anydiscount store.

I'd just like to say they offer such an excellent service.

Firstly the website is easy to use, technically informative and has good photos, so I was reassured about placing an order.

Secondly the order process is one of the easiest I have used, and thirdly I was kept up to date by email with the progress of my order.

The goods arrived within a few days, the quality is excellent and the prices keen.

All of that means I shall be ordering from Plumbworld again; my wife now wants the next bathroom refitted!
