After taking out a loan with provident and paying almost all of it back i was then offered another loan, cash in hand that day, i jumped at the chance, not realising at the time they had doubled the interest on my repayments, these companies prey on the vulnerable, they are nothing but glorified money launderers. please ppl, no matter how good it may seem, stay away.
I had borrowed some money and then moved house. I enformed them and was told I would be contacted to arrange payment collection. I called them and TWICE they didn't turn up and gave no notice. They have now as of the 1st of January this year filed a debt collection against me even though I have arranged collection twice! If they had collected as arranged I would be TWO weeks away from paying off the debt in its entirity!!
