I PURCHASED A KITCHEN LAST YEAR FROM KITCHENS4LESS... IT WAS DELIVERED BUT PARTS WERE DAMAGED... I TOOK THIS UP WITH THE DELIVERY GUY AT THE TIME AND HE REPLACED SOME THE VERY NEXT DAY... THAT WAS GOOD, BUT UNFORTUNATELY BY THE TIME I GOT THE GUYS TO FIT THE KITCHEN ONLY TO DISCOVER DAMAGED CARCASSES WITHIN UNDAMAGED BOXES.. MISSING HINGES SET ME BACK ANOTHER £50 WATER TAPS THAT DIDNT WORK ANOTHER £100 DAMAGED END PANELS I WAS ABLE TO PICK AT b&Q VERY SIMILAR... THE EXTRACTOR FAN DOES NOT WORK AT ALL.. AND THE APPARENT MANUFACTURE SAID ITS NOT THERES.. AND TO TAKE IT UP WITH THE KITCHEN PEOPLE.. WHO WILL NOT ANSWER THE PHONE, WONT RETURN CALLS, SENT FAXES WERE IGNORED AND THEN THEY TRIED TO SAY I DIDNT PAY FOR THE KITCHEN WHEN IT WAS CASH ON DELIVERY.. HOW SILLY I WAS! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY... B & Q SUPPLY MUCH BETTER KITCHENS AND ARE EASILY APPROACHED WITH ANY PROBLEMS.. THIS COMPANY IS A SHAM... I AM NOW GOING TO HAVE TO BUY AN EXTRACTOR FAN.. I ordered a kitchen from kitchens 4 less just before Christmas and had it delivered on the 18th January. On receiving my order I then had the fitters come in to fit it. When the fitters opened the boxes there was drawer fronts missing, no marking for drawer runners, fronts or hinges and no soft close hinges. When they started fitting the main wall units the units are 45mm bigger than the the wall. The panels are all damaged and the oven housing and fridge/freezer units are just pieces of wood. Work tops are cheap looking but cost a fortune. The person fitting the kitchen is no cowboy he has been fitting kitchens for over 30 years and has never seen anything as bad as this ever.All I can say is DO NOT GO NEAR THIS COMPANY ON ANYTHING ORIGINATING FROM THIS ADDRESS.

well i left a comment regarding this company and the fact i was waiting for 2 doors it wasnt the fault of the company itself but of the kitchenn planner, i contacted the company again yesterday 15th jan.2010 @4.30pm the lady i spoke to said she would pass my name and fone nmbr to customer services, i have to be honest i didnt think id hear from them again and thought i would have to contact them again on monday, however after visiting my parents today and talking about the needed doors i was surprised and delighted to find they had been delivered while i was out, i have to reiterate my earlier blo that apart from the 2 doors my kitchen was all perfect, i can now have a complete kitchen and i for one am a happy customer.
I am sorry however for everyone that has had problems with this company, maybe i am just one of the lucky ones.
i have been waiting for 2 doors since the beginning of december, when i contacted the company i was told i had to appreciate that it was xmas, i also had a draw pan unit without instructions, i received a 400mm and a 300mm door for a 1000mm wall unit. After ordering my kitchen and paying a deposit i found this site i was so worried i had sleepless nights, when my kitchen was delivered i told the delivery drivers that i wanted to check everything before they had any money, they were very nice men and said that if i had any problems i should just ring customer services but to be polite because they just put you on hold and left you there until you hung up, they also said that the company used a courier service to deliver items, what courier service takes over three weeks to deliver items.
I must say tho if these were delivered then i would have a nice kitchen but at this time have only some of it put together completley.

A sales rep from the above Company visited my home and after choosing a kitchen, insisted on a deposit, in cash of £100 of which I paid.
2 weeks later I received a call from them advising me that my kitchen would be delivered before 5.00pm so I took the day off work.
when the delivery driver called me at 6.30pm he advised me that he had broken down and asked if I had any jump leads.
So I drove to meet him with my jump leads that wouldn’t start his very old vehicle. The driver then called his colleague that was a few miles away and they unloaded my kitchen off the drivers van onto his colleagues van, this was now at approx 9.00pm.
On delivery, I had to pay the driver £895.00 in cash.
I have also had to pay a kitchen fitter £900.00 to fit the kitchen, only to find that because there are so many pieces missing, others received were damaged, all different colours, sink unit was completely different from the ones ordered and lots of units and drawers were also missing, making it impossible for our fitter to fit the kitchen.
Our old kitchen had already been ripped out in preparation of the new one to be fitted, so now we are left with no kitchen at all, random units that cannot be fitted, still stored in the kitchen, no legs to the units and no pre drilled units and £1,895.00 out of pocket.
I have tried continuously to contact what they refer to as their customer services dept but no one ever answers……………………………………… please help, I am a one parent family and have saved for years to try and get my family a half decent kitchen.
I order a kitchen on the 8th October, paid £200.00 deposit, decided after looking at comment on Blagger that it was a company I did not want to deal with. I wrote and cancelled my order as instructed by trading standards, and asked for my money back. Have written to them again asking for my deposit back, still no reply.
I have written to watchdog, off to see citizens advise tomorrow.
How can this company get away treating people like this. Please do not use this Company.

Please trading standard and watchdog deal with this company Kitchens 4 Less. You will have less money if you deal with them. Shame on the salesman you must know who your working for a bad company. I hope tax has been paid on £200.00

This company is a fake, it has no committment to customer service, as i should have known when the first time the sales rep came over, he requested for £200 deposit (Cash) please learn from my mistake and make this a principle do not pay in Cash for deposit. If they want our business they normal payment should be allowed if they are a registered company.
I have tried to contact there service department, delivery department and off course the only team that does pick up is the sales team.
I had left 4 messages for some one to call me and they never did, i then called the Rep who said that they will call and guess what they never did.
So i would like to reach out to all those who have been done by this company, to join forces and contact Watchdog (BBC) and make them payback our money which we worked hard for and they just think they can get away with.
