I bought a Mercedes C270 CDi
from these people and bought the breakdown warenty. When I picked up the car I was not sure if it had been serviced. So they serviced it again. After a year nothing went wrong with it.Later I traded it in for a CLK 320 CDi this car showed signs of tyre wear so they changed the front tyres for me also replaced a speaker grill that was broken. When I fitted some mud flaps to the car I found that the NSF coil spring was snapped I rang them up and they put me through to the workshop who booked it in 2 days later all part of the service. Just to put the record straight I have seen the negative feedback left by others.I think there has been some staff changes but I have always been treated fairly and politely I am very pleased with the service and cars I have had with Fortnumcars
