Three Mobile
I recently returned my Nokia N95 and charger to Three for repair, only to be told it had suffered "physical abuse" and was not repairable. They charged me £19.99 simply to return it to me. I was annoyed, but resigned to the fact I would have to pay. I wanted my phone back as it still worked, but with reduced battery life. It had my £90 Nokia Map navigation license, and some other bought software on there as well. The thing is, since sending the thing to them in the first week of May, and despite many, many hours on the phone to 3 Customer Services, and having being charged for its return, unrepaired, I still don't have the handset. Every time I ring up, I'm promised that it will be with me within 48 hours. I've also been told it's been lost a couple of times, but then upon ringing again been told that it's on its way to me. I've written to and sent emails to customer services asking for its return, but have received no reply. Yet when I asked for my PAC code so that I could move my number to another network, I was told I would have to pay an "early termination fee".....the phrase "bloomin' cheek", plus a few choice others, sprang to mind. When I said I would not pay, they refused to give me my PAC code. So now I am stuck in an expensive contract with no phone, depite having paid for it to be returned. OTELO are on the case.......
