Have waited for three weeks for them to sort this dryer out.
They sent a washer bloke to fix the dryer and he had to phone the helpline to fit the part but he damaged the motor so it won't work at all now. Got someone out on Monday (yesterday) changed part and guess what doesn't work. So my hubby phoned up today and they said someone would be out this morning between 9am - 1pm so great i thought ha what a silly fool i am. I received a text from them saying:
'Hotpoint Indesit Service - Our engineer is scheduled to visit you on the morning of Wednesday Jun 3.'
Well its nice of them to ask if its convenient luckily I've got a couple of lieu days so managed to swap them round so i can be here again for the useless engineers, phoned them up and got well at least we let you know yes 5mins before the slot ended extremely poor customer service
