Abbeystone have given us a terrible service from the moment we have been subjected to their services. We own the freehold to our property yet abbeystone charge huge fees for so much as licking a stamp! We are lucky to ever get a call back from our so called property managers, and are even luckier if they ever manage to get our names correct on letters that they send us. One particular member of staff is very aggressive on the phone and always defensive of any work he does/doesnt do. They cannot do the most simple things such as add up, we get quotes through for works that need doing where the quote has been incorrectly added up...i could go on forever! We pay £100 a month for this "service" - Do not use this company!
