We traded in my car towards a car from The Car Agency 4 mths ago. We found we couldnt afford the payments so we went back and they made us a deal with a cheaper car. After paying nearly £3000 on the car we got from them in the first place we lost every penny as they would not give us anything back or put forward onto the next car. Also yet again we had to tax the 2nd car. We returned the car after a week as it was running bad and the gears kept jumping out but when we collected it a few days later we noticed nothing had been done. We took it to a local garage to look over and they told me to take it right back as it was a mess. Not only was it eating fuel and jumping out of gear it also had another major engine problem. The car was filthy when we got it so i had to get it cleaned. We took it back this wkend and left the keys in the letterbox. I took the tax out as i was not going to lose another penny to these con men. It worked out for an 02 Mondeo that needed lots of attention inside out and in the engine we would of paid £9500 in total when we finished payiong of for it...come on guys stop stitching up people that come to you for help!!! By the way the Skoda they had of me traded in for the first car was worth more then the 2nd car i got and in far better condition. I wonder how much they also made out of that..
