Do Not use this company. I place an order four weeks ago and am still waiting. I have tried to contact by phone but only get a recorded message - is this because they are busy taking too many orders which they cannot fulfil? It saddens me that there are companies who are keen to take your money but who are severely lacking in customer service. I have sent them an e,mail requesting an update but that was three days ago and I still have not had a reply. They appear to be good value on the face of it but I giess the adage of "you get what you pay for " applies here.
this is an awful company. Ordered a birthday present framed print of our new son for my mum. Took 3 weeks after ordering to arrive, not framed, poor quality print bend and damaged. Called to get refund 2 weeks ago, sill not applied to my card. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL DISAPPOINT!!!!!!!

Enquiry about their whereabouts simply led to a false estimated delivery date.
