My God where do i start..salesman was pleasant and seemed to know what we where looking for which gave us confidence but from then on it has been a nightmare.We gave our salesman £200 deposit on our kitchen which was gona cost us £28oo.00..granite worktops/splash backs,solid oak kitchen soft closure hinges and drawers our dream kitchen.On the third attempt we finaly had it arrive well about a third of it the driver told us to phone and tell head office and the rest would be delivered the following day,i for whatever reason handed a cheque over for £2100.00 i was promised the rest the next day and i would pay the final £500.This never happened,i took another day off waiting for delivery and had several calls made to them asking what time is it coming...my final call that day was at 8.00pm and was told "who told you it was coming today?we dont deliver on fridays!"..i called my bank,stopped the cheque and have spent the last 6months trying to sort this out,they have no record of me,they have"never"recieved any of my letters or emails..but somebody from rsk have been in touch with my bank wanting a replacement cheque!and i cant put the cheque that was reissued to me back in my bank because i need a letter from rsk saying no further interest...and i have now been told rsk have gone into liquidation...great!!so my advice is do not use rsk it would be better to use howdens,bnq etc...i never thought a kitchen could cause so much stress.
