Avoid this company like the plague!!!
We have had nothing but problems with this company, they promised us the top spot on google within 5 days.
After 7 days we were still waiting, they refused to give us a refund as they said they are experiencing financial problems!
THEY FAILED TO MENTION THEIR FINANCIAL PROBLEMS WHEN THEY TOOK £448.00 FROM ME, BUT DECIDE TO TELL ME WHEN I ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK.
They haven't reponded to any of our emails and will not make any contact with us.
The staff are very rude and when we asked to speak to the manager (Caroline) we where told she's Busy....BUSY...BUSY....SHE'LL CALL YOU
BACK.....BUSY!!! We were also told us we didn't have a leg to stand on in getting our money back because it was a business to business dispute so it sounds like they have done this before to other companies.
Even on their website it says they guarantee you the number 1 position on GOOGLE, we were there once and now we aren't appearing on the sponsored links at all. We have tried contacting them 8 times to find out why we aren't and they NEVER REPLY!
We where told we could change our keywords whenever we wanted, despite asking in every email they still haven't been changed.
Isn't the aim of business to keep your customers, the more customers you have the more sucessful your business will be!!
We are about to start the process of taking HEAD FORCE SOLUTIONS to court. We gave them £448.00 and we have received nothing back in return. We are NOT happy!!!
