After my first post I had to return my brothers car to them as they never put the N/S Rear Window back in.
My brother has had to use P & R Motors a few times now over the years as thats who the Insurance Company picks to carry out Repairs. As I have always delt with them on his behalf I can give a genuin comment.
Recovery/Delivery Driver was nice and friendly but thats where the good side stops.
The Admin staff have poor attatuid and they don't phone to let you know about the progress on your vehicle's repair you have to call them to chase them up.
They broke My brothers Hand Controls on one of his previous vehicle's.
His last vehicle they used 1/2 Petrol by driving around in it. I made them pay for the fuel they used.
On His last vehicle while waiting for the Insurance to authorise repairs the vehicle was left outside in the pooring rain with the front window open making it all damp inside.
They Only started to take more care of the vehicle when I told them I pass thier garage on a regular basis.
