On a positive note - the kitchen was delivered when it was supposed to be....and the lads worked hard delivering it to my awkward address. Unfortunately, that's the only positive thing I have to say. Kitchen fitters didn't turn up when supposed to. When I called the aftercare team, the staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. I paid extra to make sure the units matched the doors....they didn't...they were birch...the doors were limed ash. I do not believe that the glowing reports below are genuine customers...I doubt very much that their experience was that good! Probably Kitchen Dream Staff trying to make the company look better than it actually is. Would I buy from them again? Absolutely, categorically not! Would I recommend them....definitely not! Spend a little extra...go to B & Q or Homebase..save yourself a lot of stress...probably well worth it.
Took 3 days holiday from work. 1 for delivery and 2 for fitting. Kitchen delivered and now sitting in my lounge awaiting fitting.
Fitter hasn't turned up, so called kitchens direct - what a nightmare - very, very rude staff indeed. Had my Three thousand 100 pounds and now not bothered! Got the number for Dean the kitchen fitter...he knew nothing, and said he had no paperwork sent through. Said he would organise fitters to come to my house tomorrow to do the job, guaranteed completion in 1 day!!!. We'll see. Bad experience so far...will update you tomorrow.
avoid this company like the plague!! we ordered a kitchen in good faith and paid cash for it - big mistake. there are five doors, a panel, a work top, door handles, screws and shelves missing. not only that,the doors that we did receive were not drilled for the hinges however, when my husband finally got through to the after sales department he was kept waiting for at least 30 minutes before a very rude and unhelpful sales lady took note of the missing parts. that was over a month ago and we still have do not have a complete kitchen - we have to keep turning the kitchen fitter away so he is also getting frustrated and angry. after several lengthy phone calls to the extremely unpleasant after sales lady,she said we could get a van and collect the missing parts from manchester - (we live in oxford!!) still no joy. the sink is so flimsy i fear if we drop a tea spoon in it would go straight through.please do not use this company - we are currently seeking legal advice.i thought something was amiss when we asked the salesman how to pay the deposit, said "cash, cash or cash" we now have to face christmas without a kitchen and i can't say how totally and utterly disgusted we are!!
I ordered a kitchen and granite worktops and the kitchen arrived damaged and the worktops never arrived and I am still waiting for the goods 2months have gone.I have paid them in full. The customer service number keeps ringing. Now I have asked the solicitor to help me take legal action.It has been an absolute nightmare,We have'nt been able to cook or use the sink and the family is stressed.Please please do not use this company, I feel so stupid and ashamed that I didn't use my better judgement.Please be careful I learnt the hard way.
