i used to be a sales rep for this company please please do not touch them with a barge pole.i left due to the ammount of complaints i was getting from customers as i always gave them my mobile number i felt as if i was just ripping people off everytime i went in to there house.if u use these peopel for ur kitchen good luck yo you u will end up with a pile of useless parts.the only good thing is the real wood kitchens i tended not to get complaints about them though get ur own appliances as theres are a pile of junk
Don't touch them.
At least i was only ripped off for my deposit but beware when I rang trading Standards they told me I had no rights because even though I had complained in numerous tel. calls and in writing once - when they'd come out the last time to redesign the kitchen & it was wrong I hadn't written to them yet again even though I had telephoned. They said that even though Kitch.4less told me there is a cooling off period there isn't its a lie. First they said they'd misled me and its a criminal offence which it is but later they came down on their side saying I had no rights. When I asked why is it the people who rip us off have rights and we ripped off customers don't she put the phone down on me. Super. They are just as bad.
Find a good fitter and go get your kitchen from Howdens. Thats what i did in the finish and my kitchen is lovely and well fitted I'm delighted with it. Also when something didn't quite work they changed it and didn't charge me for it. Everything came at once nothing missing apart from a few tiny things (screws etc.) which the fitter collected the next day no problem. Also when they didn't have the oven i wanted they went to collect one from one of their other stores.
Lets hope kitchens4less go out of business soon but with those idiots at Trading Standards its going to be a long time.
The moral of the story is put everything in writing no matter how many tmes you have to do it to preserve your rights. I did but not enough obviously.
Buyer Beware!!!!!!!!!!Absolute Disgrace!! Can't believe we were SO gullible. Had to buy a complete set of legs as theirs collapsed in fitting. Doors wrong size. Virtual cardboard not chipboard. Can't put a screw in for the disintegration.
Can NOT get hold of Customer Services at all and do not return your call. Been Had alright! Will have to see what WATCHDOG makes of it. They'll love this one and all the other names they trade under.
See you on the tele Kitchens 4 less.
Dont us this company, they have delivered a kitchen to me, with missing doors, damaged doors and the wrong sink a taps. And even that was delivered 2 weeks late.
Tried to contact them to sort it out but they dont answer the phone, emails or letters. I have had to vacate my house because we have no kitchen and cannot live there.
i have just had a sales rep from this company visit me today. after asking for £100 deposit and stating cash on delivery, alarm bells sarted ringing. the rep, adam, came into my home chewing gum and when questioned about his company he was very evasive, not proffessional in any capacity. i never paid any deposit, but was left a drawing of my new kitchen with 2 contact mobile numbers for the rep. i decided to go online to find out some information about this company, thankgod i did!! i have been fortunate enough to have recognised this as a con, but i sympathise with all who have fallen into the hands of this company.
