i am a bona fide kitchen retailer, i find it incredible that people really believe they can save so much money on a big ticket item like a kitchen ! its like seeing 3 identical mondeos except one is 30% less than the others surely something is wrong with it ?
I would be suspicious of any positive comments here , as who would google a company if they gave excellent service ?? and then bother to comment ?
Theres no point telling trading standards about this company they know all there is to know about them ,but are powerless to stop customers parting with cash to them.

like it seems many others when our fitters started work the problems started,damaged sink,wrong size units and doors,no pre driling done for hinges,shelf supports and putting the units together,only sent handles for the draws and none for the doors,customer service totally useless,i couldnt get through,tried for 2 days and they didnt answer the phone,i have been in touch with trading standards,fortunatly we had a fitter who knows his stuff and managed to get around the many problems he found,what should have been a 2 day job took 4 days and a lot of cursing and swearing.Quite ironic that we now have a kitchen that looks really well now its fitted,but WOULDNOT use this company and would advise the same to any one else,shop elsewhere.
I had a kitchen fitted by this company in November '09 - from my first visit to the showroom in Doncaster, to the visit from the designer, to the delivery and then final fitting I experianced nothing but profesional and courtious treatment. Everything and everybody was very prompt and all dates and promises were kept.
My design was not straight forward and if anyone was difficult it was me as I had to change dates and even changed some cupboards a day before delivery. The company obliged with no problems what so ever!
My one piece of advice would be to use thier fitters - because in fairness there were a few odd bits missing but he collected them for me from the depo with no issues.
They are not expensive and they do a good job.

- In my experiance I got a fantastic solid wood kitchen with granite worktop fitted to an excellant standard for an unbeatable price
- I am having an extension built and will be using them for all my bathrooms!
To give the company some credit I do not think they are intending to be conmen. BUT... they are a completely incompetent, unprofessional, substandard, badly run, poorly organised company with horrendous quality control and nothing in stock. They should not be allowed to operate in the way they do... DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS COMPANY also called KITCHEN DREAMS of http://www.mficlearancekitchens.com/ as this was what was written on my order docket and all the offers are the same as http://cheapestkitchensintheworld.co.uk/ through which we handed over £800. We have had a two and a half month ordeal of receiving shoddy goods both dammaged and filthy, wrong items, missing parts, and things that you may have well of just been given pieces of wood as you are having to build the units from scratch as no pre drilling is in the right place etc etc. And i have had a £40 phone bill ringing the useless customer services 0871 2717202 number. The sample you get shown by the saleman is immaculate but the reality is that everything is dammaged. Do not use this company it is not the kitchen dream. If you have bought from them go straight to trading standards 08454 04 05 06 and lets get them offline and out of trading. But keep you eyes open as they will for sure pop up called something else. Cheap is one thing but this is quite something else...

Unfortunately I have been taken in by this company, I ordered and paid for my kitchen back in July.. I received it 3 weeks later and guess what, YES! I've been sent the wrong items, there was missing goods, good not fit for purpose... still haven't received my granite worktop and a whole host of other problems!
I have tried to contact the company a number of times, most of the times there customer services team do not pick up the phone and when they do... They are the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever met. After having no luck with them I told them that I have contact Trading Standards and I am now recording all calls between us. On the calls you will hear ladies by the name of Gemma, Becky, Davinya promising that a man called Brian will sort out all my problems... He will deliver the missing goods... This was from the beginning of August 09 and it is now mid-Oct and I still haven't received the goods despite ringing them back constantly. I will be contacting Watchdog also, my recorded calls will make for good listening and a warning to the public never to put their money into a company like this.
NEVER EVER EVER GO TO THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF COWBOYS, AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED THEY HAVE TAKEN MY MONEY AND NOW ARE NOT INTERESTED IN FULFILLNG THEIR SIDE OF THE AGREEMENT. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT IS A JOKE, THEIR GOODS ARE OF SUBSTANDARD QUALITY. I'm not giving up though, I will fight for what is rightly mine, and I will take them to the civil court of I need to as they are obliged to send me what I have paid for!
The salesman came to me from Manchester even though they were meant to be Doncaster based, he was very unprofessional, swore the whole time he was here, told me I was getting a £2K kitchen for £900. Gave him a cheque deposit of £150 as he told me if I didnt give him a deposit the price would go up by about £300. After he left with my cheque I realised he had missed a unit off the price so tried to contact CS was told someone would call me back as I had got through to the call centre, never received a call back. In the meantime I found these reviews and managed to cancel my cheque just in time so I would like to thank you all for this site and sorry that you were not all as lucky as me in the fact that I managed to cancel my deposit.
I dont even think the Doncaster address exists because if you put it into AA routeplanner it tells you the location is unknown!
Had a kitchen from Kitchens4less back in June it is amazing!!!. Profesional service from the minute i rang to arrange my free design. A kitchen worth £10,000 for £1,595.

Anyone who has either paid a deposit or in full please do not let this company get away with it, by this I mean carry on trying to get your rights heard. I have paid for my kitchen in full on delivery and am still awaiting things to be put right. I will not give up. It is important to me that no matter what price you pay for anything then the service should be there. I am totally dissatisfied at the service I have received and the quality I was expecting.
we ordered a kitchen from cheapest kitchens in the world and when it got here nothing was right there were units missing doors missing,the doors that were there were chipped the oven was white instead of the stainless one we ordered please do not buy anything from either of these companies they are blatent con men
