The clutch went in our C5. After 1 and a half weeks we got the car back from Dennis Houlan. There was a banging every time we went round a corner or over a bump. MY HUSBAND FOUND A 16" SOCKET AND AN ENGINE MOUNT BOLT IN OUR ENGINE BAY!!! Dennis said they had been looking for the socket! This cost us £500.
1 month later the clutch failed again!! TWO WEEKS LATER THE CAR IS STILL AT THE GARAGE!!!!!
We have offered to collect it but have been told it is in bits.
Dennis told us he was working on it today and we could collect it at 4pm.
WHEN MY HUSBAND HAVING SPENT HALF AN HOUR WALKING GOT THERE AT 3:55 THE GARAGE WAS LOCKED UP AND NO-ONE WAS AROUND!!!!!
