I have just had my windows replace by Weatherseal and would just like to say a big thanks to everyone involved. From my initial call to the installation I cannot fault their work.
Just had Wetherseal install my front door and I would like to say thanks to all for a job well done again!! I contacted Weatherseal as they had done the rest of my windows and my back door not too long ago and I dont why I let the salesman talk me out of doing the front door probably as I was haggling him down too much. My door looks fantastic and my wife is over the moon! Thanks.
Brilliant service from a company that deliver quality products that last. I was so impressed by the service provided when I had my double glazing installed, I decided to go with Weatherseal to get the conservatory that my wife has always wanted added to our house. They did not disappoint on either price or quality, and my wife was able to design the conservatory exactly as she wanted it. The guaranteed double glazing windows have kept any drafts at bay and my heating bills are exactly the same as before. Likewise – we live in the conservatory in summer as it’s so cool! If I need anything else doing to my house, Weatherseal will be my first port of call.
Well I read all the negative comments and you don`t just think it will happen to you with such a big name Company.
I only wish i had taken the advice and used another Comapny.
I ordered 14 windows,front & back door, french doors & roof line.This came at cost from 39k down to 18k after 2 visits totalling 8 hours.
It starts by recieving a call saying to cancel original installation date as the factory made all the wrong sizes.
Ok i thought can only get better now.
On the installation of the windows one had to be boarded as 200mm to big. (4 days now and still no date to replace)
7 window panes scratched/marked ( including a floor to ceiling pane) All to be replaced and obviously losing the aragon gas i ordered.
1 was unfortunate but 7 UNNACCEPTABLE.
The 2 doors had wrong design and main door panel put on left instead of right.
French door has also scratches and installed as main on right instead vice versa.
The roof line commences in few days and i dread to think what next as lost all confidence with this Company.
I just hope i don`t have the hassle of continual chasing these bad errors so wish me luck.
My advice is LOOK ELSEWHERE and take the advice to avoid at all costs or you will be sat here like me cursing why you never listened.
