I still wish I had avoided them
When the good builder chapped the door my 5 year old burst into tears as she thought builders were 'going to hurt daddy'
nearly 2 years and no refund (£700.00) for incomplete scaffolding
I had to hire another company to install safe scaffolding

I can honestly say using this company has been one of the worst experiences of my life (and I talk as a recovered cancer sufferer).
They were paid for brickwork which was out by 20% in places (50mm cavity went from 38mm to 49mm).
They were paid for and provided scaffolding which was incomplete and unsafe. They took it away and kept my money (£700).
As the matter is still ongoing I will not detail too much, but I had to call the police.
They also damaged my neighbours garage and refused to repair the damage they caused.
I've used this company twice, once for a garden wall and patio and just recently for a summer house. All work has been completed efficiently and the quality is excellent. Also I received a pass first time on summerhouse, builder did everything by the book to ensure I had no problems. very highly recommended.
