i saw a negative post about this company, and had to write this note. they repaired my Birkenstocks better than i though possible, and in a 2 day turnaround. i will use them again as thet were very helpfull when i called and asked questions about the services they performed. Great company to do business with.
Bad experience. I sent 2 pair of nearly new Birkenstock sandals for recrafting (due to a foot problem, I needed high arch footbeds). I received my order promptly but found that they used old, discontinued Tatami footbeds that were very hard and dried out. In addition, they permanently damaged my suede sandals by dripping glue across the top. I contacted the owner who was somewhat indifferent, saying "it happens." His idea of making this right was to send a $5 bottle of sole sealant - which by the way, is their homemade brew.
