7/9 placed order for cookware $539.99 wedding present for daughter. 7/13 money deducted from my account. 7/28 no cookware- emailed company. 7/29 reply cookware on back order. replied back to cancel order. 7/30 notice that my cancellation was being processed. 8/13 no refund and no reply from numerous emails. Cannot be reached by phone, mailbox full on one number, other number says call back another time. I have no wedding present for my daughter.
