RECENTLY HAD A CONSERVATORY WITH THIS COMPANY NEVER EVER AGAIN! FIRST OF ALL THE DWARF WALL THAT THE CONSERVATORY SITS ON WAS NOT THE SAME STONE AS THE HOUSE WHEN ASKED WAS TOLD IT WOULD WEATHER AND TRY RUBBING HORSE MANURE ON IT FOR 3 MONTHS! THEN THE GUTTER WAS LEAKING AND ALL THE END BITS ON THE ROOF WHERE HANGING OFF WHEN THEY FINISHED THE JOB!THEY SAID THEY WANTED PAYING BEFORE THEY COME BACK! THIS COMPANY HAS NO CUSTOMER CARE AND SATISFACTION ANYMORE AND I WOULDNT RECOMMEND THEM TO CHANGE A WINDOW IN MY SHED !BEWARE CHEAPER AND BETTER QUALITY ELSEWHERE
