We had a wonderful kitchen from them 6 months ago. Couldn't believe it, cost £4000 pounds less than the nearest quote and gave me granite worktops which the others couldn't even include!! We were visited by a very polite and helpful designer, Saf, who was very professional and as we only had to pay for the kitchen when it got delivered we weren't worried about getting ripped off. In 2 days we had the kitchen of my dreams fully installed without a hitch. I wrote to thank them for everything and got a lovely letter back with a cutlery set. We're more than happy to endorse this company and give them a huge thumbs up.
I wish I had read all the comments before I let the rep Keith into my home. He earned £200 within an hour. Should have realised that if too good to be true that it was. Cancelled within 4 days but all attempts to get my deposit back have failed. Staff at customer service are rude and unhelfull. Letter sent to the owner by registered post has not been returned or answered. I have lost count of all the calls I have made and e-mails sent and unanswered but will continue to hound this company utnil I get my money back. I hope that Watch Dog will take up this case. They are obtaining money by fraudulant means. Dont use this company. They are nothing but rude roughs.
as a regular customer of this company i have to say that although i sympathise with anybody that has had any issues with there kitchen,i can honestly say that that is not the case with me.i have purchased 5 kitchens in the past seven months with this firm and although i have experienced some minor problems they were resolved and i can say that i am more than happy with the product,the level of service,but most importantly the price.scott howarth the designer who designed four of my kitchens to date was excellent from the word go,his approach as a salesman i and my wife would say was 1st class,and although he is only a salesman he has helped us with everything else we have needed,quite literally saving us thousands of pounds.we are from the blackpool area and the showroom was lovely and dan who helped us make some decisions and guided us through the initial part of our kitchen choices etc,was also 1st class,again i sympathise with anybody that has hadf any problems but i will use this firm again and i have recommended them to friends and other people in my line of work and they too are as satisfied as i am.
please do not use this company they are conmen i paid £100 deposit got my kitchen and paid the remainder of the bill in cash as told only to find i have only part of my order and no handles or hinges . all the boxes have no instructions and no manuals on cooker hob or extractor fan i repeat never use this company
