This company is an on line retailer selling bedding,gifts etc.I ordered some Copalife sheets and towels from them,and a cross and chain, on a Saturday.My payment was accepted it said,and as I'd paid for 24 hour courier I thought they'd arrive on the Tuesday or Wednesday at the latest.
On Tuesday afternoon I got a phone call from them saying there was a problem with that card,could I supply them with another.I did so and hoped the goods would be sent the next day.When they hadn't arrived a week later I rang up to ask where my goods were and where was the tracking number they'd promised? I was told they were on the way.The next day,the cross and chain arrived-on it's own,second class.I wasn't impressed with their "wow-customer service" they advertised.I rang again-asking for the tracking number.The salesperson said she'd call me back later that day.Needless to say-she didn't.Nor the next day either.I e mailed them but got no response.I rang again- "we're sending them out today "she said.I thought she'd already told me they were on the way? "oh,well there was one towel we didn't have"she said.So when can I expect them I asked."Er- it's Friday today so on Tuesday then." I couldn't believe what I was hearing.I mentioned the 24 hour courier service I'd paid for,so how did that make an arrival on Tuesday then? "I'll call you back with a tracking number later"she said and then didn't.Monday of the next week came,and my husband rang this time."Oh, they're on the way" she said with her usual empty promise.We resigned ourselves to the fact that we were going to have to contact our credit card company and get our money back through them.

On the Wednesday a royal mail van pulled up and finally our sheets and bedding arrived.No invoice, compliment slip- nothing with their address on.There's no address on the site either.It says on the site-you can return goods-I wonder where to? you get no address and there's none on the site.
Frostfire-for sloooooooooooow delivery ,poor customer service, no reply to phone calls or e mails.
I've given them a 4 as at least we got the goods-14 days after I'd paid for them to be delivered by courier in 24 hours.I wouldn't recommend them as it's "Ow !" customer service not "wow."
