Bought an expensive (£2.5k) 50" TV from this company via mail order. Arrived with a fault. They sent an engineer out who saw the fault in action and went away again.
They then ignored emails, faxes and letters for the next TWO months. In addition, their store manager was repeatedly abusive when I attempted to discuss this over the 'phone (and I made a point of being both polite and reasonable when talking with him). I rejected the TV as being of unmerchantable quality but finally had to resort to raising a dispute with my credit card company and contacting their local trading standards office before they would resolve the problem.
I wouldn't buy a ball of string from this company - the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
