went and got a free exhaust check at the cowley road centre. Told me that my cataltic converter had gone and advised me that they were the cheapest anywhere at £500. Went up the road and got a quote for £300 within 2 minutes.
I thought I would leave this now till I got my MOT done last week and was told there was no issue with the CAT and passed the emissions with ease.
Got a qoute online for a new battery for my ford fiesta, qoute being £53 after a 10% discount. they were busy so i said no problem i'll pick it up the next day. not so kwick then. well after calling them the next day it was not ready by lunch time, no problem as I only wanted to pick it up at 5pm. well when I got there they presented me with a bill for £80.30. I was shocked, they claimed i was given the wrong qoute( besides a ford fiest probably the most common car on the roads) they said i had different terminals on my car hence the different battery. they would not evan give me the discount I got online initially. They were extremely cold harted snd abrupt. Not like when I first called them and were initially very welcoming. This was my first and last time I deal with them. Not quick, Poor customer services and altering the price of the work without evan notifying me before they did the work. greatly upset and dissapointed.
went to kwik fit for a oil change 2 weeks later coming home from work on the a38 in derbyshire my under tray came off due to not being put back on wright from kwick fit good job no one was behind me like a biker they would of been dead then i found out they havnt changed the oil filter left the old one on they have gave me my money back for the oil filter £29 but they wont replace the under tray DO NOT TOUCH KWICK FIT
