hello, i am also a victim of AHS strand by stand therapy in melbourne which they call it as permament solution which ofcourse is NOT after reading all the reviews here. I paid 50% of the money $2000 before the fitting .. rest i had to pay on the fitting day BUT when i day came, i was in a confused state what to do and wat not to do .. so i extended the day for my fitting as I was not sure . BUT now I feels its better to remain with original hair than this strand by strand therapy and go for hair surgery which is hair transplantation , which is a life time solution than this. Please help me out how to get my money back from ahs and I have signed the paper and they say you have to pay this cost to cover their expenses but i was misleaded and misguided that it was into the skull and not a gel or glue and wont come out for 2 yrs and never informed that you have to change the fitting every month or so .. pls help me out to get my money back as i m ready to take it further to court as well and also a student who needs money ...
