we have had all our windows replaced and a upvc front door by streetly so taking a minute to put our experience down for others to see. The sales team were unlike any sales team ive dealt with in the past, actually happy to help us and choose what style would work the best with our house, didnt just show us the most expensive range either. To our suprise they werent too pushy with there sales pitch. The price was okay to begin with but we felt it was a little hight compared to the other companies we were in talks with even though what streetly were offering seemed to be a lot better quality. I wont name the other company that same to see us but what i will say is their display looked and felt cheap and the handles and operating parts didnt feel very safe. When the streetly salesman came round a day later it made the other company look like amatuers. he was polite and friendly and im glad it was this chap they sent out.
After the deal was done we booked them to install three weeks later, the fitters were on time and there werent any delays in the fitting which helped them to finish earlier than usual. Were so happy we chose streetly theyve really gone the length to fit the windows we wanted and were over the moon with them the door really makes our house look the part from the front
First came across Streetly Windows after seeing a stand they had in the merry hill centre about 4 weeks ago. Since me and my wife were thinking about replacing our windows we had a look at the stand and spoke to a very nice lady who offered to send someone out to measure up and give us a quote. A couple of days later a gentleman came out to see us and we stated that we wanted to replace our windows with some like we had seen in the merry hill centre, he was a great help and very very polite, since we couldn't remember which windows they were he showed us some samples and told us about each different type.. after we decided on some windows we liked and discussed a price we done the deal. Cutting a long story short the fitters were brilliant, really fun and polite and a lot different to what we were expecting which was great. All the windows were cleaned and they vaccumed everything so we were left with our lovely new windows. Every person we spoke to was fantastic and it was the lady from the start who made us book an appointment, and all the other staff we dealt with were the same. We have sent a letter of recommendation and thanks to the branch and this recommendation is just a little bit extra for all their hard work. Thanks ever so much
I use a lot of sites like this to recommend companies in the past and its usually for the wrong reasons.. It would be a crime to stop now after the team at Streetly went to such great lengths to make us happy. We had a conservatory fitted after seeing their full monty package with everything inside the conny to make it livable once it was finished. Fantastic. nothing but praise for the sales staff not the most expensive but not the cheapest its perfect. We would definitely recommend the full monty conservatory package to anyone looking into conservatories because we really love ours. Its absolutely beautiful! Thank you Streetly we will recommend you to our faimly and friends.

I just got a online quote from Streetly Windows for a conservatory. The sales people tried to sell me the Full monty package but I have a modern house so opted for another design. Luckily they weren’t too pushy.
They are coming to install it later this week and I will write here again to let you know if im satisfied. We haven’t done anything with our house for so long so im really glad and hope it all works out.
