I had my computer E machines insured with them last October my computer went wrong , I rang them and they told me I was no longer insured telling me my insurance had run out the January before so they couldnt help me I thought it was odd I was certain I was still insured with them I had to pay £160.00 to get my computer sorted then this January just gone I had a renewal notice off them telling me my insurance ran out in January 2009 following this I rang them and also sent them a letter of complaint to their head office I have not received a letter from them or a phone call they say they tried to ring me when I rang them I have rang them several times but I have never come across such an unprofessional company such as them in my life before All I want is a letter so I know what is happening they dont seem to know how to handle complaints even though they have a complaints dept and I have obviously been cheated as regards the insurance
