jeffries - I agree with you! We too had nothing but problems from this company of a very similar nature - damaged parts, unreturned messages etc etc. Would advise to avoid!
I had my kitchen fitted earlier this year, the fitter did a superb job, I had a similar damage to two doors and some shelves hadn't been ordered so they were late but I held off paying the balance until it was done and My Wife and I are delighted with the result.
Ordered our Kitchen early April, fitting started two weeks later (Cancellation we were told)! Now we know why the lead time is two to three weeks, sign of a good company..............NOT!! We are still not finished - We have 2 temporary doors as previous had been dropped (although i'm beginning to wonder if they are now permanent)! We are now on our third hob, 1st had deep scratch on face, 2nd had been used, was not boxed just bubble wrapped (I kid you not)! Sink has rust spots, tap is already loose and leaks, Cornice is different finish to doors and pelmet. I am currently seeking legal advice as we are now five and a half months waiting for the job to be finished. We were promised a dream Kitchen and have been delivered a nightmare, and to make matters worse nobody seems to care, we do not have our phone calls returned and have so far had no response to any of our letters. I wish I had of gambled away my £8,300 I would feel much better than I do now. My advice - stay well clear of this awful Kitchen Company.
