I ordered an item, company sent wrong item.
Took 1 month for them to have UPS pick up item. As of today October 14, 2009 still have NOT received credit for what was returned. 2 months and still counting.
Item was returned and received Sept 22, 2009.
Now the company is accusing me of not returning the right items????Iam a senior citizen, I'am not trying to cheat a company! All I want is a refund for the items I returned. BBB was notified.
