Good value for £. Customer service as directed by management, terrible. Myself (60) & friend (71), v regular customers, arrive at till with full trolley: 4 x large shelves, paint,& household goods amounting to 5 bags full shelves & kits. Tillboy, Daniel offers help to nearby car park. WE ARE DELIGHTED & THANK HIM.Female supervisor stops him.He says that it will take 5min only. Store v quiet & staff standing around chatting. She shouts authoritively, "No!"

Nevertheless it was a very upsetting & disappointing experience. The senior staff member was devoid of emotion. Surely you can do better than this, Nick?
