unfortunately I used the services of this company in march 09 the only positive thing I can say is they were cheep but the old saying of you get watt you pay for comes to mind the instillation date was changed three times at the last minuet. as I had to go to work when they did come to fit my new widows my mother in law let them in. the mess was incredible no dust sheets were used the old windows were left in my garden. the standard of fitting was terrible my sills were at right angles exposed brickwork and tow of the windows had scratches on them. after phoning them six times three weeks later they sent out a surveyor to have a look I was told that it was my responsibility to dispose of the old windows and that the fitting was ok and that the scratches could have made after the fitting. just a few months down the line tow of the handles are coming away and this bunch of cowboy has refused to help in any way. be warned £3.800 not well spent
