THANK YOU - All that I can say about this company is THANK YOU. I work in a busy warehouse that was dusty, dirty and the floors were black with oil from the fork lifts. RCB came and visited us and advised us that the floors were actually grey under the oil and that they always offer what they call 'an initial blitz' when they start the contract. We took on the contract with RCB as the demonstration that Ruth gave on her visit has to be seen to beleive. We finished work on the Friday as usual and when we came in on Monday we did not know what had hit us. I was not sure if I needed to wipe my feet...lol. Over the weekend RCB staff had been into the warehouse and cleaned the floors, as advised by Ruth, the floors were indeed Grey. I can honestly say that we will not be changing cleaning companies, as we know where we stand and that our warehouse is now a nice place to work. Again THANK YOU RCB.

We found this site due to one of our office staff mentioning it. I looked at the site and thought what a good idea it would be to have some honest feed back from our customers, as when asked for feed back, sometimes it is hard to think. I then sent out a group email to all of our customers with the link to www.blagger.com and asked them to add some comments in regards to our business.
We feel that this is a great site and that it can be useful not only for potential new customers, but also for us to be able to see what our customers really think of us.

Thank God for RCB Cleaners. I used to hate going into the office to a kitchen full of cups,mugs,plates etc from the previous evenings meetings/stocktaking etc then do the every day cleaning of a office aswell then do a full days work.....Now I can relax and rely on a RCB Cleaner to do a job well done.
I only had a short term contract with them just to see if it was affordable to the buisness but I can honestly say I will certainly be putting pen to paper again very soon.

RCB are an extremely professional company who will go out of their way to ensure that you get the very best service. They have been in business for many years and have deservedly gained an excellent reputation locally.For cleaning services this is THE company to contact.
I have used around 6 contract cleaning companies before RCB. They are the best so far by a mile. It is very rare that you get what you pay for, but I am please to say RCB stick to their word and have done so for about 5 years. They were a bit expensive to start with, but we have never had a price increase since we started with them. I would reccomend them to any company who wants a first class service.
I would like to CONGRATULATE this company RCB Cleaning Centre for the way that they conduct their business. I have now been using RCB for just over 1 year and can honestly say that they are superb. I was warned that going to a contract cleaning company would be expensive and that once they had signed me into a contract they would let their standards slip. NOT - RCB are not an expensive company and once you take into consideration that they cover sick and holidays the savings speak for themselves. The standards that I was assured of before I started with RCB have never dropped in over 1 year, and the cleaners are always well presented in tidy uniforms and very very polite, infact both the cleaners have been invited to join my staff on the christmas night out as the staff see them everyday and see them as one of us. I have already recommended RCB to a number of businesses for their cleaning, and I now know that quite a few have actually started the ball rolling with RCB.
