UPDATE!!
They finally replaced the video card after me, the customer going through hell. Even when dealing with the manufacture they said the dealer should be providing warranty in the first 30 days. After the stress and the way I was treated on the phone I would never recommend this company for something as small as a mouse!
Bought a new video card. Card was faulty. Asked to return same day for a replacement card. request was refused and told to deal with manufacture. I feel the party selling the product should deal with these issues. Lost money and now have to pay to have bad card shipped to this companies supplier. Not good customer service.
