appalling website. card refused citing discrepancy with address. checked with bank - all ok. tried again on phone, same message. Now have £300 being 'held' in my account, inaccessible to me for two attempts at an order which I'm told doesn't exist. Tried another retailer and ordered using same card registered to same address and all has gone through successfully.
Wasted an hour on the phone and visiting branch of bank.
How on earth does this company do business succesfully on-line????
