Letter from NCO, stating I owed an amount to Orange on one of my old accounts which had already been paid in full by Orange as they actually wed me money. The account has been in credit for some weeks and Orange have no record of passing the account to NCO. The amount is wrong, the account is in credit,,and they dont want to speak to me but are threatening a doorstop collection if I dont pay a bill that doesnt exist. Total bunch of conmen, should be closed down,,,check out their facebook page HA!

Concerning NCO Europe Limited., be very careful on whom you send letters to, all letters to be sent via recorded delivery. They use unusual tactics. I caught them last year filming my house. The two agents were in a Black Passat. It was only by chance I notice them because I was coming from my neighbour's house, and the car was parked outside my driveway. As I approached the passenger side of the vehicle, I sore through the window a portfolio, and I could see the NCO Europe logo very clearly. From approaching the car at a angle, the agent in passenger seat could not see me from the "blind" spot on car mirrors. When I asked what they were doing, and tried to grab the camera. The driver quickly engaged 1st gear, and started to pull off. I then informed the Police and Trading Standards. The Police told me, if they come again to telephone them immediately. This company uses all different types of ways to convince you that you are always in the wrong, and methods which are intimidating, and leave you feeling violated. Contact the Trading Standards, record all phone calls, but I strongly recommend you but everything in writing, and send it recorded delivery.
