I was given wrong informaion verbally when signing up for my Gym membership which was only discovered when I went on holiday earlier this year and froze my memberhsip ,my membership has been cancelled since September 2009 upon return from my holiday via telephone which to this date has not been reconized by the company, I started off with a disputed debt which I thought was being looked into of 39.50 a months memebership which I thought I had frozen and now I have a letter saying I owe £258.50 where has this ammount has come from ?I dont know. My contract I have in my possesion was never signed by me and the membership thay say they have for me was set up in the name of June Robinson please can you tell me where I stand with this debt Mnay Thanks Mrs Jscqui Robinsin
