Do not under any circumstances trust this company to deliver yout product on time, the correct product or even what you ordered at all. I purchased a sofabed after finding this company online. I made the purchase vis their call center as wanted to speak to someone. I was called a day later to be told they actually didn't have the colour I ordered in stock. I selected another colour and the order was scheduled in for the following Saturday. The sofabed never turned up and I had to wait two weeks for the next delivery (this company promises next day delivery). My sofa bed finally turned up, however when I opened the box it was in fact not a sofabed - just a sofa. I called them to ask them to exchange it and was told I would have to wait another 2 weeks. I have now just been told they can not give me the sofabed I ordered over six weeks ago at all. Nor can they collect the sofa they have delivered me at a reasonable time. Be warned!!
