I picked this host because they seemed to have everything I needed in an affordable package. Now I have had two problems, 1 was a botched install and for a minimal fee the tech team had fixed my problem in under 20 minutes. Most recently, it appeared that someone had messed with my config files for wordpress and the tech team helped me out in less than 10 minutes. I cannot speak more highly of this internet
I have only the best things to say about the support and service offered by UCVHOST. I have recommended them before and I always will for their affordability and amazing support. I have had several problems that were always solved promptly and politely and I would never think of switching hosts
When I mess up my message board or blog (because I don't know what I'm doing), tech support literally fixes the problems within minutes after I post a ticket. It's such a relief to have my mistakes fixed that quickly when I know people are trying to get onto my sites that I mess up.
What is there to say that hasn't been said about this company in past reviews? The service has been excellent, always willing to help me with problems ranging from batch file execution to c-records. I don't think my site ever went down the whole time I was with the company, or if it did I never noticed.
