I really am amazed at the experiences detailed about this company on this site! We had a wonderful kitchen from them 6 months ago, cost us only £2000 with granite worktops which the others couldn't even include!! Everyone I dealt with was lovely and we even got sent a free cutlery set when I told them how happy we are with it. My sister has developed three properties since we recommended them to her and used them for new kitchens and bathrooms in each, they all looked stunning and I know how happy she was with the price as well. More than happy to recommend to anyone :)
paid deposit of £100 at end of Jan 10 and when tried to book a redesign spent a whole day calling and leaving messages to no avail. Contacted the rep who took our money call Kev who was no help at all. Says the company have been bought out in Feb and if I book a redesign will get my deposit back if I cancel within 7 days. Only trouble is you cannot get a redesign booked as they will not return your calls. Dont buy from them and dont give them any deposits.
today 25 jan 2010 had a kitchen delivered 1 item was damaged we refused to except the delivery, but the driver was so rude he refused to take it back because he said you have opened the boxes so we said to him we are paying for goods so its only fair we checked them and if you told us first about the boxes we would not have opened the boxes anyway we asked him to sign the delivery note to say 1 item was damaged he did, smurking
phoned customer service 01302246022 no answer cant get any reply from this company been ripped off KEEP AWAY FROM KITCHENS FOR LESS you will have nothing but headache the damaged item i got from elsewhere cost me £45
I am still trying to get my £200.00 deposit back, have been in touch with georgiasmsg@hotmail.com, great to talk to someone who has also had dealing with this company, georgia is starting to get people together to stand up to this company. Get in touch don.t think you are on your own. Together we can fight this company. Backwell
It seems that there are many recent complaints for this company. I am also in the same situation. Has anyone been able to resolve their issues and complete their kitchens ?? h
