Very misleading business. I used this company as it showed a strip in stock that I couldn't find anywhere else, the website appeared to be very professional.
I placed an order for an 'In Stock' / Available strip for a birthday present, all the way through the order and payment process, the website showing it as in stock.
After 2 weeks I received an email saying it was awaiting printing -Surely that would be the case as soon as it was paid for? I asked how long this was likely to take and expressed my dissatisfaction, I was told they were going to chase it with the sorting office. What does the sorting office have to do with printing?
It transpires that it is run from a house. Four and a half weeks after placing the order I received the order with the wrong size socks included. Not only were the socks the wrong size, they had a pook which laddered immediately. I received no further communication or any apology from them.
Like previous listings we have not received goods ordered, the website is very professional but misleading as the infrastructure behind it is a con. Money has been taken from our account via RBS world pay, worringly the company is still trading taking money from honest hard working folk. We have received e mails stating they are looking into it but nothing has turned up, we ordered our goods on 21/11/09 & have receved nothing. Do not buy anything from this site. The company address on the web site when googled on satelite is a detached house in a cul de sac in Scotland, beware, we are now trying to recover our money.
As others have said DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
I ordered a football shirt on Oct 24th'09, money was taken via Paypal by mysterious third party - bidfootball@aol.com.
The invoice was printed without an order number so no way of tracking it. No goods received subsequently but I am £73.19 worse off!
This email agent has closed down communication so very disgusted. UKsoccershop are not interested inspite of lots of emails etc, they don't respond.
