Customer Service is awful. I was sent the wrong product and when I notified them I got no response.
Repeated phone calls could only get me through the CS rep (Asif) who said he had to send to Mr Riz Shaikh to resolve. He could not put me through to Mr Riz and would not help any further resolve the issue. This has been 2 months now and still no response.
I would highly recommend using another online store for your online cricket equipment needs in the US. My experience and that of friends with the Big Blue Cricket Club has been horrible.
